Merchandise Return Policy
RETURNS
Truth In Science guarantees your satisfaction and offers you returns within 30 days of order receipt according to the following conditions:
- • Items with a manufacturer’s defect will be replaced without a restocking fee.
- • A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all other returns.
- • Items returned must be in a saleable condition, unmarked, unstamped and with no sign of shelf wear.
- • Small amounts and frequent returns are discouraged.
- • Out of print and items purchased on non-returnable special offers are not returnable. Please call customer service at 1-877-887-0222 to determine if an item is out of print.
- • We reserve the right to change retail policies at any time without notice.
RETURN PROCEDURE
All shortages and damage claims, must be reported within 15 business days of receipt of product or claim cannot be honored.
To ensure that your returned merchandise is credited properly please contact Customer Service to obtain a RMA (Return Material Authorization). Packages without proper return authorization will not be accepted.
Items returned will be refunded to the credit card used; account holders will have returns credited to account. We do not issue refund checks. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Cash refunds will only be given in cases of duplicate payment or a publisher accounting error.
For Returns: Contact Customer Service at 877.887.0222 and a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number and Fedex shipping label will be emailed to you. Once you have received this information, securely package item(s) with a copy of the invoice (if available) and call FEDEX to set a pickup date or take the package to a FEDEX drop station. Please make sure the RMA number is prominently displayed on the package. Allow 3 to 6 weeks from the date the merchandise is received back in the warehouse for a refund to process.
